**Key Success Factors for the Role**
- Go getter with an eye for details on market trends.
- Strong communication skills, Influencing skills, great interpersonal & stakeholder management skills.
- High on energy, team player coupled with a great attitude.
- Identify new business opportunities in terms of new markets, trends, products and services - or new ways of reaching existing markets to confirm and close business.
- Generate business from associations, corporates for MICE segment and meet up with clients to work on proposals, follow ups and final closure of deal.
- Create and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to develop them into key accounts with a strong emphasis on securing return business as well as look for prospective clients
- Participate in relevant industry events for networking and lead generation.
- Plan weekly sales activities with a view to maximize productivity and monitor progress against pre-defined sales targets.
- Keep abreast of developments and changes within the industry and competitors’ benefits.

**What are you required to bring to the team**:

- Self-motivated individual with a passion to own up the market
- Strong understanding of Sales / BD, market/domain knowledge to implement strategic and targeted action plans to achieve goals.
- Passion to build, nurture and scale up relationships with corporate clients.
- Strong communication, problem solving and stakeholder management skills.
- Open to travel officially.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
