**EDUCATION- ** B.COM, M.COM, OR ANY GRADUATE

**EXPERIENCE- **MINIMUM EXPERIENCE OF 0- 2 YEARS

**SKILLS SET--**Ability to execute various programs required for high conversion of leads into sales
- Adaptability, innovation, and excellent teamwork skill
- Ability to work under pressure
- Team management abilities
- Attention to Detail
- Improving lead management processes, TATs and device policies for enabling maximum lead conversion
- Understanding the various projects to be able to provide clear explanations to the clients and team members
- Monitoring quality of various activities/processes followed at the in-house as well as the outsourced centers
- Liaising with the outsourced service provider in all forms as desired by the business unit
- Generating higher walk-ins from all types of leads
- Cross-using leads for various projects
- Setting up processes and systems to effectively originate and service the leads
