International Customer Service Advisor

Responsibilities:
- Engage with international customers from US Telecom via chat, addressing inquiries, resolving technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilize your excellent communication skills to provide clear and concise responses to customer queries and concerns.
- Demonstrate proficient typing speed to maintain fast and efficient chat conversations while accurately documenting customer interactions.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing accurate and timely support to customers.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize chat processes and enhance overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 6 months of experience in international tech chat support.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficient typing speed to maintain efficient chat conversations.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
