International Customer Service Advisor

Responsibilities:
- Engage with international customers via phone, addressing inquiries, providing assistance, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Utilize your excellent communication skills to empathetically and effectively resolve customer concerns and promote wellness solutions.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and exceed performance targets.
- Provide timely and accurate information to customers regarding wellness products, services, and promotions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: PUC/Graduation.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience in international voice processes, preferably in customer support.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Ability to work a 5-day week with 2 days off and utilize provided two-way cab transportation.
**Education**:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
**Experience**:
- total work: 1 year (preferred)
- International Customer service: 1 year (required)
**Language**:
- English (preferred)
