**Responsibilities**:
**Offer comprehensive technical support to customers via voice communication, resolving queries related to software, hardware, and network issues.**
**Utilize your expertise to troubleshoot complex technical problems efficiently, maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction.**
**Adhere to quality standards, ensuring each interaction meets or exceeds VT10-12 quality benchmarks.**
**Qualifications**:
**Proficiency in US Shift timings.**
**Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English.**
**Ability to work from our office located in Electronic City.**
**Demonstrated ability to maintain quality standards in technical support interactions.**
Pay: ₹32,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
