International Customer Service Advisor

Responsibilities:
- Engage with international customers from the US Largest Telecom via phone, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Utilise your excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and solutions to customers in a clear and concise manner.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures while providing accurate and efficient support to customers.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to optimise processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Minimum qualification: PUC.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Strong customer service orientation with a positive attitude.
- Ability to work a 5-day week with 2 days off and utilize provided two-way cab transportation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹32,000.00 per month
