**Receptionist and Administrator**
**Company**: Rise Up Overseas.
**Responsibilities**:
- **Reception Duties**:
- Greet clients in a warm, professional, and courteous manner.
- Answer phones, direct calls to appropriate staff, and take accurate messages.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- **Administrative Duties**:
- Schedule appointments for student visa consultations.
- Maintain client files and databases.
- Prepare and process documents (filing, photocopying, scanning).
- Assist with data entry and other administrative tasks.
- Provide general support to the visa consultants.
- **Additional Responsibilities**:
- May assist with social media management (posting updates, responding to comments).
- Maintain office supplies and order new ones as needed.
- Handle other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications**:
- 1 year of experience in a customer service role (freshers can apply).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
