**Job Title**: Receptionist cum Admin
**Location**: Ahmedabad
**Responsibilities**:
- Greet and welcome visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls and handle inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain a tidy and organized reception area.
- Manage office supplies and ensure timely replenishment.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, courier services, and related documentation.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Provide administrative support to various departments as required.
- Assist in maintaining records and documentation.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar administrative role is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Friendly, professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to work independently and handle responsibilities efficiently.
**Education**:
- A graduate degree in any discipline is preferred.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
