**Qualifications:

- Any Graduate.
- Proven experience in sales operations, preferably in the education or technology sector.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.

**Pre-Sales Responsibilities:

- **
- Prepare a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) and obtain necessary approvals before sending a communication to clients.
- Provide access to Business Development Executives (BDE) and colleges for the courses requested, facilitating smooth pre-sales processes.
- Create and maintain a tracker for colleges to monitor usage, providing support in case of deviations from expected outcomes.
- Inform colleges about webinars and other engagement activities to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
- Act as a bridge between colleges and the content team to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth content delivery.
- Ensure timely receipt of payments by clients, monitoring installments, and addressing any payment-related issues.
- Collect monthly feedback from colleges and conduct a comparative analysis to identify areas for improvement.
- Provide access to students to track usage and understand lean and rich parameters, facilitating effective product utilization.
- Manage inventory of marketing materials such as brochures and flyers, ensuring adequate supply and conducting monthly audits.

**Post-Sales Responsibilities:

- Receive the first installment payment from clients and ensure accurate record keeping.
- Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to place orders for TVs or necessary tools as per client requirements.
- Provide tracking IDs to colleges or Point of Contact (POC) for shipment tracking and ensure timely delivery of apparatus.
- Schedule installation dates and verify TV installation, ensuring functionality.
- Facilitate communication by creating and managing WhatsApp groups for effective client engagement.
- Grant access to college students and provide app access on the same day as installation, ensuring smooth user onboarding.
- Initiate the training process for clients after ensuring all post-sales activities are completed.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions at two levels: Teacher training & Student training, to ensure optimal usage of our products.
- Organize monthly community engagement sessions to foster long-term relationships with clients.
- Implement a 21-day challenge program to address user problems and enhance product understanding and usage.
