**Overview**:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales and Operations Executive to join our team at our wedding invitation card storefront. This role will be responsible for driving sales, managing day-to-day operations, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

**Responsibilities**:
**Sales Management**:

- Proactively engage with customers to understand their Printing needs and provide expert guidance and recommendations.
- Drive sales through effective product knowledge, upselling, and promotional strategies.
- Manage inquiries, quotes, and orders efficiently, ensuring accuracy and timely follow-up.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to foster repeat business and referrals.

**Operations Management**:

- Oversee day-to-day operations of the storefront, including inventory management, restocking, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Implement efficient operational processes to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
- Monitor and maintain store displays to showcase products effectively and attract customers.

**Customer Service**:

- Provide exceptional customer service at all times, addressing inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure that customers receive personalized assistance and guidance throughout the wedding invitation selection process.
- Follow up with customers post-purchase to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
- Handle any escalated customer issues with tact and diplomacy, seeking resolutions that uphold the company's reputation.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Night shift

Supplemental Pay:

- Yearly bonus

**Experience**:
