Customer Service Executive

Answer questions: Respond to customer inquiries about products or services
Resolve issues: Help customers troubleshoot and resolve problems
Process payments and returns: Handle payments or returns for customers
Make recommendations: Suggest products or services to customers based on their needs
Meet deadlines: Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively
Manage large amounts of incoming phone calls Generate sales leads Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
