**Education**:
- Any Graduate
**Experience-**Proven experience of 3-4 years in customer service (Includes tele calling, problem solving and co-ordinatng with other departments to deliver best services to customers).

**Job Description-**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Convert mobile app downloads into subscribers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to effectively resolve customer queries.
- Helping Meet Customer Expectations with Book Selections and Suggesting Alternatives.
- Attend to in-office sales and providing excellent customer service.
- Handle communication with customers with clarity, professionalism, and prompt responses.
- Drive renewals and contact customers for subscription renewals.
- Achieve targets for new active customer additions and maintain a minimum total active base percentage.

**Must Have-**
- Speak/Read/Write English, Hindi and Local language.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with CRM software and customer management tools are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Pay: From ₹288,000.00 per year
