**Description**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the transport and logistics sector.
- Maintain and grow relationships with direct shippers and existing clients.
- Present and promote our services, showcasing the advantages of choosing our freight solutions.
- Conduct market research to identify new trends and areas for growth.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements with customers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by management.
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
- Provide feedback to management regarding market changes and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in outside sales, preferably 2-5 years in the logistics industry.
- Strong understanding of SEA IMPORT, freight forwarding, and import sales processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
- Results-oriented with a proactive approach to sales and customer service.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel as needed.
