Front Office Assistant

Greet and welcome Visitors/guests as they arrive at office
- Answer, Screen and forward incoming phone calls and maintain records of same.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms)
- Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access
- Order office supplies and keep inventory of stock.
- Responsible for upkeep of Office Infrastructure (phone, AC, etc)
- Vendor Management related to admin/HR
- Checking all vouchers related to office & projects
- Arrange internal and external transportation bookings
- Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resource Executive
- Complete new Joinee documentation (i.e. biometric enrolment, ID cards, etc)
- Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
- Checking & updating attendance of site Employees.
- Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absence, leaves, etc).
- Preparation of HR related documents (File Management)
- Assist in checking of compliances ESIC/PF & co-ordination with consultant.
- Assistance in arranging in events for staff & taking care of employee related issues.
- Should have good interpersonal skills.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
