As a Corporate Sales Executive at Next Footstep Pvt Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving our real estate business by identifying, engaging, and closing corporate sales opportunities. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their real estate needs, and providing tailored solutions.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and develop new corporate sales opportunities within the real estate sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Understand client requirements and provide customized real estate solutions.
- Negotiate and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales strategies and campaigns.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the real estate market.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations to prospective clients.
- Provide excellent after-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably in the real estate industry.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to understand and address client needs effectively.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire to achieve and exceed targets.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
