The role of the Sales Executive involves acquiring fresh spaces for installing screens by targeting new RWA Societies and Corporate Sites. Their responsibilities include identifying potential clients, formulating effective acquisition strategies, and nurturing relationships with important decision-makers. The sales Executive ultimate objective is to enhance revenue growth by procuring new clients.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop Acquisition Strategies: Create strategies aligned with organizational goals through research and data analysis.
- Identify Potential Clients: Research and attend events to find clients in RWA societies and corporate spaces.
- Build Relationships: Maintain relationships with key decision-makers and tailor approaches to client needs.
- Schedule Meetings: Arrange and attend meetings to present screen installation benefits and address concerns.
- Collaborate: Work with internal teams to ensure strategy alignment.
- Analyze Data: Report acquisition efforts and provide improvement recommendations.
- Manage Sales Pipeline: Track leads, follow up with clients, and close deals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in acquisition or sales in real estate.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven record of closing deals and meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of RWA societies and real estate trends.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
