**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to target multi-corporate clients in the B2B sector.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2C market, fostering relationships with individual clients.
- Lead the sales process, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and deal closure.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in corporate entities and individual clients.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, contributing to revenue growth and market expansion.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences.
- Create compelling sales materials, presentations, and collateral to support business development efforts.
- Utilize digital marketing channels and social media platforms to increase brand visibility and generate leads.
- Analyze market trends and customer behavior to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Work closely with the marketing team to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all channels.
- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to ensure overall market growth.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with corporate clients, ensuring alignment with their accommodation needs.
- Collaborate with the operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Provide regular reports on business development activities, market trends, and revenue projections.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development and sales within the corporate accommodation sector.
- In-depth understanding of the hotel, serviced apartments, and corporate guesthouse offerings.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills with the ability to engage corporate clients and individual customers effectively.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to adapt strategies for both B2B and B2C markets.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
