**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Identify and target **B2B sales **opportunities, **corporate clients** for various occasions and events.
- Establish **sales opportunities **through **networking**, building relationships, conducting outdoor activities.
- Participate in **exhibitions **to showcase products and meet potential clients
- Cultivate and maintain **strong relationships with corporate accounts**, understanding their gifting needs and preferences.
- Showcase Chayam Tea's extensive range of tea blends and gift sets to clients, emphasizing the quality, flavor profiles, and customization options available.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop tailored proposals and presentations that resonate with corporate clients.
- **Negotiate contracts **and **pricing agreements **to meet **sales targets **and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Field Sales, Lead Generation, Referral Generation, Samplings, Client Visit, Area Mapping, cold calling, prospecting.
**KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS**:
- Proven track record of success in **B2B sales, **preferably in the food and beverage or luxury goods industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with corporate clients.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- **Corporate Gifting Sales / Corporate Product sales** experience would be added advantage for this profile.
