Corporate Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and increase

market share in the travel industry.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to exceed performance goals and deliver

exceptional customer service.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer

base.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, travel agencies, and industry

partners.
- Analyse sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and

optimization.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, provide coaching and training to the sales

team to maximize their potential.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes to

maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Proven experience in sales management within the travel industry, with a minimum

of 05 years of experience.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Deep understanding of the travel market, including trends, challenges, and

opportunities.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Weekend only

Shift:

- Day shift

Travel requirement:

- Up to 70% travel

- Bachelor's (preferred)
