Job role : You will play a key role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and pleasant experience. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals new to the hospitality industry who are eager to learn and grow within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Guest Service: Greet and assist guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience. Address guest inquiries and provide information about the facilities and services.
- Front Desk Duties: Handle check-ins and check-outs, manage reservations, and provide accurate information about room availability and rates.
- Housekeeping Assistance: Support housekeeping staff by ensuring guest rooms and public areas are clean, well-maintained, and stocked with necessary supplies.
- Food and Beverage Service: Assist in food and beverage service, including setting up dining areas, serving guests, and ensuring cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative tasks such as answering phones, processing payments, and maintaining records as needed.
- Customer Feedback: Listen to and address guest feedback or complaints professionally, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service delivery.
