**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets & increase market share.**:

- **Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional clients and key stakeholders.**:

- **Develop & manage a sales pipeline, and provide regular sales forecasts to senior management.**:

- **Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.**:

- **Provide technical support and guidance to customers on the use of our ion exchange resins.**:

- **Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and potential threats.**

**Requirements**:

- **B. Sc / M. Sc (Chemistry) / Bachelor’s / Diploma (Chemical Engineering) or related field.**:

- **5-10 years of experience in sales of Chemicals / Performance Chemicals / Specialty Chemicals / Lab Chemicals, preferably in an institutional sales role.**:

- **Technical knowledge.**:

- **Proven track record of achieving sales targets.**:

- **Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.**:

- **Ability to work independently and as part of a team.**:

- **Willingness to travel to meet with customers and attend industry events.**:

- **Proficient in MS Office Suite and ERP/CRM software.**

**Salary**: From ₹400,000.00 per year

Shift:

- Day shift

Travel requirement:

- Up to 50% travel
- Up to 70% travel
