Field Sales Executive

Job Description:
As a Field Sales Executive, your responsibility revolves around propelling admissions and fostering partnerships across Gujarat. Your tasks will include conducting seminars, streamlining admissions, and orchestrating strategic collaborations within the educational landscape.
2. Market Outreach: Organize impactful seminars, workshops, and events to elevate program visibility, enhancing brand presence, and attracting prospective students.
3. Institutional Collaborations: Identify and cultivate alliances with educational institutions, facilitating joint programs or fostering mutually beneficial arrangements.
4. Relationship Cultivation: Establish and nurture connections with pivotal stakeholders—schools, colleges, and industry professionals—to bolster enrollment and fortify our institute's standing.
5. Market Insight: Gather market intelligence, conduct competitor analysis, and solicit feedback to refine sales strategies, fostering ongoing enhancements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Sales Acumen: Demonstrated success in sales, ideally within the education sector, highlighting the ability to meet or exceed targets.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written proficiency in English and local languages for impactful presentations and relationship establishment.
- Networking Proficiency: Strong interpersonal skills fostering partnerships within educational institutions and industry circles.
- Initiative and Drive: Self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven, adept at both independent work and collaborative endeavors.
- Educational Background: A bachelor's degree in any field, preferably complemented with a background in sales, marketing, or education.
Location: Gujarat-based role entailing frequent travel within the region.
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
