**Responsibilities**:
1. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. Assist in daily office needs and manage our company's general administrative activities.
3. Documentation: Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Develop and maintain a filing system. Update and maintain office policies and procedures.
4. Coordination: Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events. Organize office operations and procedures.
5. Client Interaction: Act as the point of contact between the executives and internal/external clients. Handle requests and queries appropriately.
6. Record Keeping: Maintain contact lists. Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms.
**Requirements: -**
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Graduates preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
Supplemental pay types:
