We are seeking an Office Administrator for an interior design company encompass a wide range of tasks that are essential for the smooth functioning of the office and supporting the creative and administrative needs of the interior design team.Responsibilities:
**General Office Management**:Maintain a well-organized and efficient office environment.
Oversee office supplies, equipment, and maintenance.

**Administrative Support**:Provide administrative support to the interior design team, including drafting documents, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.

**Vendor Tie-ups**:Research, identify, and establish relationships with vendors, suppliers, and contractors.
Conduct market analysis to ensure competitive pricing and quality of materials and services.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with vendors to secure the best deals for the company and clients.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.

**Client Communication**:Serve as a point of contact for clients, managing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and relaying messages to the design team.

**Project Coordination**:Assist in project coordination by scheduling meetings, site visits, and maintaining project files and documentation.

**Vendor and Supplier Management: Liaise** with vendors and suppliers to source materials and furnishings for design projects.
Assist in negotiation, procurement, and contract management.

**Document Management**:Organize, file, and archive vendor records, design drawings, plans, and project documentation.

**Problem Solving**:Address and resolve office-related issues and challenges as they arise.

**Customer Service**:Provide excellent customer service to clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field.
- Proven experience as an Office admin skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software and other design tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with vendor management and procurement processes.
- Knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

A successful Office Administrator in an interior design company should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking. They should also have strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, vendors, and team members effectively. Additionally, being tech-savvy and having knowledge of design software and tools can be a significant advantage in this role.

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Vendor management: 1 year (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
