Administrative Officer

SPD Constructions Ltd. is seeking a dynamic individual to join our team for day-to-day Administrative Site Work with knowledge of MS Office having proficiency in Excel & PowerPoint, excellent letter drafting skills, strong written skill in English (spelling & grammars).
Ø _**Key Responsibilities**_:
- Assist the Officer In-charge in day-to-day tasks and projects.
- Perform general administrative duties as needed.
- Assist in placing purchase orders and monitor shipment progress.
- Day to day purchasing of construction material required Technical Specifications as per the instruction of the Project In-charge.
- Maintain the record & submit the bill to account for realization of payment.
- Preparation of Draft Letters for Client/Sub-contractor/vendor, etc. as per the guidance of the Site In-charge
- Manage Excel spreadsheets.
- Assist in maintaining accurate records of all orders, payments as well as procurement transactions.
Ø _**Experience**_: Minimum 2-3 year in the working at Building Construction Site.
Ø _**Qualification**_: Graduation having minimum 60% marks.
Ø _**Salary**_: Negotiable
Ø _**Location**_: Gurugram
