Job Summary:
The Office Administrator will coordinate office activities, operations and basic accounting operations while providing clerical and administrative support to management.
- Superv isory Respons ibi l i t ies : _
- Oversees the daily workflow of administrative staff, assigning responsibilities and performing basic accounting responsibilities to ensure efficient administrative operations.
- Duties/Respons ib i l i t ies : _
- Directs office activities, functions and staff to maintain efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Performs basic accounting operations (Basic knowledge of accounting (TALLY ERP)
- Prepares agendas, makes travel arrangements, and maintains calendars for senior management.
- Maintains office supplies inventory.
- Maintaining Bills, renewal records, client database, other files and more complex or sensitive files such as employee files.
- Maintains Stock Inventory
- Making Feedback Calls to Clients
- Preparing Quotations, Invoices & Renewals
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.
- Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
- Basic understanding of how to operate standard business equipment.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Tally ERP.
- Education and Exper ience: _
- Graduate - Preferably Science Graduate
- At least two - three years of administrative experience required.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Regular / Permanent

**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
