**Data Entry and Communication**:

- Enter, update, and maintain databases, spreadsheets, and records.

**Filing and Organization**:

- Manage physical and digital filing systems for easy access to documents.

**Infrastructure and Facilities Management**:

- Coordinate with the building owner and maintenance team as needed.

**Attendance & Salary Processing for Housekeeping and Office Staff**:

- Ensure timely processing of attendance and salary for housekeeping and office staff.

**General Administration**:

- Ensure smooth operations including housekeeping, cafeteria, office equipment maintenance, and supplies management.
- Verify bills and invoices, manage lease rentals, and handle statutory compliance.
- Maintain petty cash and handle day-to-day accounting.

**Additional Responsibilities**:

- Provide support to the HR & Accounts Department.
- Perform any additional tasks as assigned.

**Asset Management**:

- Maintain proper records of agreements, contracts, and purchase orders.
- Handle asset requisition, receipt, storage, utilization, and scrapping.

**Requirements**:

Good personality and unmatched level of energy, enthusiasm and commitment

Must be organized, accurate, thorough, and able to monitor work for quality

Must be able to prioritize and plan work activities as to use time efficiently
