Customer Success Executive

**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients.
- Ensure exceptional communication skills, particularly in fluent English.
- Deal directly with U.S. customers, addressing inquiries and providing information as necessary.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize lead generation efforts and achieve collective goals.
**Qualifications**:
- Minimum qualification of HSC and above.
- Prior experience in international inbound/outbound sales (minimum 6 months) preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, particularly in fluent English.
- Comfortable working fixed day and night shifts (Monday to Friday) with weekends off.
- Must be eligible to work from the office location mentioned.
