We are actively seeking dynamic and motivated Customer Success Executive to join our team.

**Job Responsibility of Customer Success Executive**:
2.Provide technical support for software products.
3.Guide customers through product features and functionalities.
4.Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
5. Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams.
6.Follow up with customers to ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
7.Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions.
8.Create and update user guides, FAQs, and support documentation.
9.Assist customers in optimizing the use of software products.
10.Communicate customer suggestions to the product development team.
11.Identify areas for process improvement within the support team.
12.Develop and implement best practices for customer support.
13.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product quality.
14.Work on client renewal and retention
