**Position Overview**:
We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling our cutting-edge agricultural smartphone-based quality analysis boxes and bookkeeping app to various stakeholders in the market, including farmers, traders, brokers, millers, and government agencies. You will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and expanding our market presence.

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. Sales Strategy: a. Develop and implement effective sales strategies and tactics to achieve sales targets and objectives. b. Identify and prioritize target segments and territories for sales efforts.

2. Customer Engagement: a. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including farmers, traders, brokers, millers, and government agencies. b. Understand their specific requirements and tailor product offerings to meet their needs.

3. Product Knowledge: a. Acquire in-depth knowledge of our grain quality analysis box and bookkeeping app to effectively communicate their features and benefits to potential customers. b. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.

4. Sales Presentations: a. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients. b. Address customer inquiries and objections effectively.

5. Sales Process Management: a. Manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals. b. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions.

6. Team Collaboration: a. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.

7. Sales Reporting: a. Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team. b. Monitor and report on market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activities.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Agriculture, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven track record of successful sales in the agricultural or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of the agricultural industry and its stakeholders.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented with a focus on meeting and exceeding sales targets.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with grading equipment and technologies.
- Knowledge of agricultural bookkeeping and financial management.
- Experience in selling to government agencies or large organizations.
- Strong network and existing relationships within the agricultural sector.

**How to Apply**:
**Salary**: ₹186,000.00 - ₹264,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Fixed shift
