Job RoleModern Trade-Territory Sales Manager
Function/DepartmentSales & Distribution

Job PurposeAs a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for taking ownership of active MT, SPO, and KRO counts.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Promoter onboarding - Admin & Business;
- Smart Phone Outlet (SPO) chain engagement;
- Promoter Productivity: Team Leader's (TL) monthly PJP setting & tracking;
- VISA adherence on attendance & training;
- Key SPO-KRO visit as per defined PJP;
- Carry out OJT;
You will drive Shopper activations as per design shared by corporate or circle.
Liaising with the Zonal Team is also a part of your role. You will participate in zonal reviews on performance and support sought.
Core Competencies, Knowledge, ExperienceTo succeed in this role, you will need to have:
- Interpret & construct performance reports;
- Execute agreed actions on Promoter monthly attrition;
- Monitor TL & Promoter incentive earning;
A Graduate, preferably an MBA with experience around 2-5 years in telco/FMCG/Consumer Durables. Good communication skills in English and Bengali are required.
