Areas of duties / working for the person whom we are looking to work as our administrative / court clerk which is broadly mentioned as follows:

- 1. Primarily the role and responsibility of clerk is to coordinate between the office, the court and client and all the advocates working in the firm. This means his expected to effectively coordinate the court matters right from institution of the case to various stages and this may sound little complex but person can be trained by us.

2. The Daily routine working requires him to attend the office in the morning at 10:00 for the purposes of preparing the miscellaneous papers and files for the purposes of taking them to court, and take those files and books to court wherever the matter is fixed for hearing and thereby ensure proper administrative coordination between court the respective lawyer and to ensure proper coordination of availability of files and books in the each respective matter in each court.

4. The area of working also requires him to move in and visit all the courts where the matters are listed on each respective dates and ensure that the matter is rightly and properly adjourned and also collect or know the update on the stage of respective date from each court and updates be given on the whats’ app group of our firm.

5. The area also requires acquainted with the general procedure and matters of how to prepare the files of litigations also prepare the bunch of original papers when the new case is to be lodged and should be able to develop the procedural aspect for filing the new cases and participating the process of issuance of summons / notices from the court.

6. Further the person should have primary knowledge of using the computer as there is area of working requiring the updating and causing the entries in the daily board software and maintain the physical diary and at the completion of the day he is required to update processes having occurred jointly with advocates on daily basis in the evening.

7. The duties also involves / requires him to be fully acquainted with different types / classes of files such as The Files of Case is numbers as A, B, C while the files of Appeal as B every type of file and class is number differently, and he should coordinate the files and types thereof.

8. He should also be able to communicate/ coordinate with client the required compliances, stages in the respective matters.

9. The working knowledge of english (reading & Writing ) shall be proper for his working.

10. The Remuneration involves fixed payment on monthly basis and variable factor as can be discussed in person.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
