**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- _**Office Administration**:_
- Perform routine administrative tasks to support daily operations.
- Assist with filing, data entry, and documentation management.
- _**Accounts Assistance**:_
- Manage basic accounting tasks such as tracking expenses, handling petty cash, and processing invoices.
- Maintain records of financial transactions and support month-end reconciliations.
- _**Banking Support**:_
- Assist with basic banking tasks, including deposits, withdrawals, and check management as needed.
- Manage communications with banks for routine account inquiries.
- _**Communication**:_
- Communicate effectively in both English and Hindi, both written and spoken.
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external clients to coordinate meetings and support.
- _**Logistics Support**:_
- Use a personal vehicle to complete office errands, such as bank visits, document delivery, and other administrative tasks outside the office.
- _**Computer Skills**:_
- Perform data entry and manage basic spreadsheets and word processing tasks.
- Assist in organizing digital files and maintaining office systems.

**Qualifications**:

- Fluent in English and Hindi or Gujarati.
- Basic math skills for accounting and familiarity with banking tasks.
- Reliable personal vehicle with a valid driver’s license.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or arts (any additional education or certification is a plus).
