**Job Title**: Sales Channel Partner
Join our dynamic team at eDominer as a Sales Channel Partner, where you will be instrumental in expanding our market reach by establishing and nurturing key partnerships. Your role will be vital in driving our business software solutions forward, helping partners succeed while fostering strong relationships with customers.
**Job Duties and Responsibilities**:
- **Partner Recruitment**: Identify and recruit new channel partners to promote and sell eDominer’s business software solutions.
- **Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring their ongoing success and satisfaction.
- **Sales Strategy Development**: Collaborate with partners to develop and execute effective sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue targets.
- **Product Training**: Conduct product presentations and training sessions to enhance partners' understanding and sales capabilities.
- **Liaison Role**: Act as a liaison between eDominer and partners, ensuring smooth communication and promptly addressing any issues or concerns.
- **Market Awareness**: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with internal sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure consistent messaging.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet and exceed sales targets through effective partner management and collaboration.
**Requirements**:
- Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in a similar sales channel partner role. (Freshers are also welcome)
- Strong knowledge of business software solutions and experience in the technology industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with partners and customers.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- A strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with the Kolkata business landscape is advantageous.
