**Position Title: Vendor Onboarding Specialist**

**Experience: 6 months intern - 1 year experience**

**Location: Near Ms Ramaiah College, Mathikere, Bangalore**

**Salary : 20000/-to 30000/per Month**

Overview:
The Vendor Onboarding Team plays a critical role in establishing and maintaining relationships with external vendors to support the organization's operations. As a Vendor Onboarding Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end process of bringing new vendors on board, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations, and fostering positive relationships to facilitate seamless collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

- Vendor Screening and Selection:

- Conduct thorough evaluations of potential vendors to assess their suitability for partnership.
- Analyze vendor capabilities, financial stability, and reputation in the industry.
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to determine vendor needs and specifications.
- Contract Negotiation and Management:

- Work closely with legal and procurement teams to draft, review, and finalize vendor contracts and agreements.
- Negotiate terms and conditions to achieve favorable outcomes for the organization.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Onboarding Process Management:

- Coordinate all aspects of the vendor onboarding process, including documentation, approvals, and training.
- Develop and maintain onboarding procedures and guidelines to streamline the process.
- Communicate effectively with vendors to provide guidance and support throughout onboarding.
- Compliance and Risk Management:

- Monitor vendor performance and adherence to contractual obligations.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with vendor relationships.
- Stay updated on industry regulations and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Relationship Building and Communication:

- Cultivate positive relationships with vendors through regular communication and engagement.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and concerns.
- Address vendor issues and escalate as necessary to resolve conflicts.
- Performance Evaluation and Improvement:

- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate vendor performance and service quality.
- Collect feedback from internal stakeholders and vendors to identify areas for improvement.
- Implement strategies to enhance vendor relationships and optimize processes.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or supply chain operations.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in project management and process optimization.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with vendor management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, vendor portals).
- Knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements and compliance standards.

**Salary**: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
