**Responsibilities**:
In this role, you will provide vital support to the Accounting and Finance team. Your responsibilities include:

- Managing financial transactions using ZOHO Books.
- Ensuring accurate and timely financial data recording.
- Collaborating on account reconciliation with the finance team.
- Assisting in preparing financial reports, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Coordinating with vendors and clients for payments and invoices.
- Supporting tax return preparation and compliance.
- Maintaining organized financial documentation.
- Assisting in invoice validation and notes for compliance.
- Validating invoices, conducting BRS, and reconciling vendor accounts.
- Handling vendor invoice recording in Zoho.
- Participating in month-end processes.
- Recording vendor invoices and reconciling statements.
- Ensuring accurate TDS and GST calculations and returns.
- Providing financial guidance to departments.
- Maintaining accurate financial records.
- Assisting in financial report preparation.
- Handling accounts payable and receivable.
- Coordinating timely financial data.
- Participating in budget preparation and ad-hoc analysis.
- Ensuring financial policy compliance.
- Supporting financial operations.
- Collaborating on issue resolution.
- Implementing internal controls.
- Assisting in year-end audits and tax returns. - Providing ad hoc administrative support.

**Skills**:

- Minimum 2 years of experience in ZOHO BOOKS or similar Accounting Software, TDS & Accounts Payable.
- Strong understanding of accounting concepts, including GST and TDS.
- Basic knowledge of HR, Statutory, and PT regulations.
- Proficiency in MS Excel.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivation, attention to detail, and flexibility.
