**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct outbound calls to existing customers for renewal of services/products.
- Utilize sales techniques to persuade customers to renew their subscriptions/plans.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling products/services.
- Stay updated on latest industry trends and/or news in order to advise to the users. Understand user needs by getting constant feedback and communicating it to the product development team to improve the product.

**Requirements**:

- Outstanding spoken and written English communication skills.
- 2-3+ years experience in a similar role.
- Should be comfor table with US shift timings as 7 PM - 5 AM.
- Interest in technology and a strong interest in interacting with people.
