**About Us**:
We are a leading provider of innovative CRM solutions designed specifically for solar companies. Our platform helps solar installers and product sellers streamline operations, manage leads, and drive sales. As we expand into international markets, we are seeking a motivated and experienced International CRM Sales Executive to join our dynamic team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute strategies to sell our solar-focused CRM platform to international markets.
- Identify and target solar companies (installers, product sellers) in various regions for business development opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at solar companies globally.
- Conduct market research to understand regional needs, competition, and potential growth opportunities.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas by closing deals with solar companies abroad.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with campaigns and product updates.
- Provide feedback to the product team to enhance the CRM based on customer needs and market trends.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, product demos, and proposals tailored to the client’s needs.

**Requirements**:
**Immediate Joiner**
- Proven track record in international sales, preferably in the CRM, SaaS, or solar industry.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in international sales with a successful sales record.
- Strong understanding of the solar industry and its challenges.
- Ability to work independently and achieve aggressive sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel internationally as needed.
- Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
- A customer-centric mindset with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Must meet the target

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience selling CRM solutions to solar companies or renewable energy industries.
- Strong network within the solar industry globally.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
