**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our solar design services and effectively communicate the value proposition to prospects.
- Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and schedule meetings or demos for further engagement.
- Maintain a robust pipeline through consistent follow-up and excellent CRM management.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to develop targeted sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

**Qualifications and Skills**
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the renewable energy sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
