Inside Sales Executive

Position: Inside Sales Executive (Real Estate)
Location: Remote
Work Schedule: 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, 5 Days a week (including Saturday and Sunday)
**Responsibilities**
- Conduct presales activities, including market research, competitor analysis, and client needs assessment, to understand customer requirements and tailor sales pitches accordingly.
- Set appointments with consultants and other relevant stakeholders to discuss potential collaboration opportunities, gather insights, and align strategies for maximizing sales effectiveness.
- Conduct field visits to properties, assess their market value, and gather relevant information for listings.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of potential clients by identifying and contacting individuals or organizations interested in buying, selling, or renting properties.
- Conduct virtual property tours and presentations to showcase available listings and provide information on the buying or selling process.
- Listen to client needs and preferences to recommend suitable properties and guide them through the decision-making process.
- Negotiate terms of sale or lease agreements and facilitate the closing process in collaboration with real estate agents and other stakeholders.
- Follow up with leads and inquiries in a timely manner to ensure a positive customer experience and maximize sales opportunities.
- Keep accurate records of all sales activities, including interactions with clients, property details, and sales progress, using CRM software or other sales tools.
- Stay informed about market trends, property values, and industry developments to provide knowledgeable advice and guidance to clients.
**Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the real estate industry, with 1-3 years of experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with clients.
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Knowledge of real estate market trends, property values, and industry regulations.
