Inside Sales Executive

**Job Title**: Inside Sales Executive
**Experience**: 1-2 Years
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Lead Generation**: Research and identify potential leads through various channels (online platforms, databases, referrals, etc.).
- **Lead Qualification**: Assess and qualify leads by understanding their business needs, budget, and decision-making process to determine if they are a good fit for the product or service.
- **Demo Scheduling**: Coordinate and schedule product demonstrations or meetings between potential customers and the sales or technical team.
- **CRM Management**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all leads, interactions, and follow-up activities in the CRM system.
- **Sales Support**: Assist the sales team in the preparation of proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
- **Follow-up**: Maintain communication with potential customers to nurture relationships and move them through the sales funnel.
- **Target Achievement**: Meet or exceed lead generation and demo scheduling targets on a monthly or quarterly basis.
**Requirements**:
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, lead generation, or similar roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with potential customers.
- Experience with CRM software (e.g., Odoo, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a result-driven mindset.
- Knowledge of AI, IoT, and Industry 4.0 technologies is preferred.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
