**The Admin Executive **role will play a crucial part in managing and overseeing the administrative functions of the organization. This position requires a combination of interpersonal skills, organizational expertise, and understanding of policies and practices to ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace and the well-being of employees.

**Role and Responsibilities**:
As an Administrative Executive, you will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations and compliance within the organization. Your key responsibilities will include:

- ** Vendor Management**: Overseeing vendor contracts, licenses, and insurance formalities, including timely payments and renewals.**Compliance**: Ensuring adherence to necessary compliance standards for all employees and contractors, and coordinating with relevant teams to maintain necessary documentation.-
**Data Management**: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personal files and PF-related documents. Assisting the accounts team with required documentation for payroll, reimbursements, and personal details.-
**Employee Relations**: Responding to general inquiries from managers and employees, directing them to appropriate policies and procedures for resolution. Procure and distribute laptops efficiently, maintaining accurate inventory records.Coordinate and manage logistics for off-site meetings and leadership gatherings-
**Audit Support**: Preparing and organizing necessary documentation for external and internal audits, including background verification reports, contracts, and other relevant files.- ** Provide IT support **:Creating presentations and assisting during all-hands meetings and other org level meetings

**Skills, Experience & Mindsets**:

- ** Experience**: 0-4 years of relevant administrative experience (freshers are encouraged to apply)**Technical Proficiency**: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint-
**Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively-
**Attention to Detail**: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and processes-
**Problem-Solving**: Ability to identify and resolve issues independently or by collaborating with relevant teams-
**Communication Skills**: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders-
**Confidentiality**: Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality-
**Positive Attitude**: A positive and proactive approach to work, with a willingness to learn and adapt- ** Team Player**: Ability to work collaboratively with team members and cross-functional teams
