Administration Executive

Job Summary:
The Administration Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day office activities, supporting various administrative functions, and ensuring efficient operations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Office Management: Maintain a clean and organized office environment, oversee office supplies inventory, and coordinate with vendors for any required purchases or services.
- Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling travel arrangements for staff.
- Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate records of documents, files, and correspondence, both physical and digital.
- Event & Meeting Coordination: Plan and coordinate team meetings, company events, and other internal gatherings.
- HR Assistance: Support the HR team with onboarding new employees, maintaining attendance records, and other HR-related administrative tasks.
- Finance Support: Assist in processing invoices, petty cash management, and coordinating with the finance team for day-to-day accounting needs.
- Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure company policies and procedures are followed and keep updated records of any compliance-related documents.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic IT skills.
- A proactive attitude and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
