Administrative Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:
**1) Front Office Work**:
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls.
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable.
**3)Coordination Work**:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers or supervisors.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth workflow.
**4)Calendar Management**:
- Manage executives' calendars and set up meetings.
- Arrange conference calls and schedule appointments.
- Keep calendars up-to-date and remind team members of important events.
**5)Travel Management**:
- Arrange travel and accommodations for executives and staff.
- Prepare travel itineraries, agendas, and necessary documents.
- Handle travel-related expenses and reimbursements.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin executive.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
