Assistant Company Secretary

Key Responsibilities:
1. MCA Compliance Management:
- Oversee and manage all MCA compliance requirements for our clients, ensuring timely filings and adherence to regulatory guidelines.
- Stay updated with changes in MCA regulations, notifications, circulars, and other statutory updates relevant to corporate governance and compliance.
2. Company Secretarial Functions:
- Provide expert guidance and support in company secretarial matters including conducting board meetings, general meetings, and maintaining statutory records.
- Assist in drafting, reviewing, and filing necessary documents with regulatory authorities as per MCA requirements.
3. Advisory and Consultation:
- Offer strategic advice and consultation to clients on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and statutory obligations governed by the MCA.
- Collaborate with internal teams to provide insights and recommendations on compliance-related issues and their implications.
4. Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as a trusted advisor on MCA compliance matters.
- Address client queries, concerns, and provide proactive solutions to ensure their compliance needs are met effectively.
5. Training and Development:
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for internal teams and clients on MCA compliance updates, best practices, and procedural requirements.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and continuous learning initiatives within the firm to enhance expertise in MCA compliance.
Qualifications and Skills:
1. Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with relevant experience in MCA compliances.
2. Strong understanding of the Companies Act, 2013 and other applicable regulations governed by the MCA.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact confidently with clients and internal stakeholders.
5. Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and precision in handling compliance-related tasks.
6. Proven track record of managing multiple clients and delivering results within stipulated timelines.
7. Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments and prioritize tasks accordingly.
8. Familiarity with relevant software tools for compliance management and documentation.
