**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Leadership and Strategy**:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives and drive growth in sales and service.
- Provide visionary leadership to the entire team, fostering a culture of excellence, innovation, and customer-centricity.
- Set clear goals and KPIs for each department and monitor performance regularly.
- **Sales Management**:
- Oversee all sales operations, including retail, fleet, and corporate sales channels.
- Drive sales performance through effective planning, forecasting, and implementation of sales strategies.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including dealerships, suppliers, and customers.
- **Service Management**:
- Ensure the highest standards of service delivery across all touchpoints, including workshops and customer service centers.
- Implement best practices in service operations to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor service metrics and take proactive measures to address any issues or inefficiencies.
- **Financial Management**:
- Manage the financial performance of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control measures.
- Identify opportunities for revenue generation and cost optimization to maximize profitability.
- Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and reporting requirements.
- **Team Development**:
- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team capable of delivering results and exceeding customer expectations.
- Provide mentorship and coaching to team members to foster professional growth and career advancement.
- Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning within the organization.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the automotive industry, with a focus on both sales and service management.
- Strong understanding of the passenger vehicle market dynamics in Hyderabad, Telangana.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Telugu and English.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to drive results and lead change in a dynamic environment.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Sound financial acumen and experience in managing budgets and financial performance.
