- Control workflow
- Handle all logistics CEO related Interact with leadership, internally and externally
- Other duties as assigned
**Qualifications**
- Fluency in speaking in English
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Communication skills, written/verbal
- Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines Keep information confidential
**Role Description**
- Office of CEO
- Acting as a liaison to the clients, suppliers, and other staff members.
- Helping the CEO carry out background research, source for information, and present findings when called upon.
- Screening phone call inquiries and handling them at the right time.
- Making appointments on behalf of their bosses and organizing their daily schedules.
- Meeting and greeting visitors, Member engagement.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher
**Salary**: ₹30,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
