**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage the founders' calendars, appointments, and meetings, ensuring efficient time management.
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations on behalf of the founders.
- Coordinate and facilitate communication between the founders and internal/external stakeholders.
- Organize travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reports.
- Act as a gatekeeper, screening and prioritizing incoming communications.
- Assist in project management and follow up on action items.
- Prepare and distribute agendas and documents for meetings.
- Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
- Handle ad-hoc tasks and special projects as assigned by the founders.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and represent the founders effectively.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting top-level executives.
- Proven experience working with MDs, CEOs, CMOs, CFOs, COOs, or equivalent roles.
- Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented mindset.
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and manage priorities effectively.
- A collaborative and adaptable approach to work.
**Salary**: ₹60,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
