**Working hours**:2 PM- 11PM IST / 5PM- 2AM IST

**Employment Type**: Full time

**Working days**: Monday - Friday

**Responsibilities**:

- Spearhead the development of high-quality proposals and presentations tailored specifically to **AI and Cloud Solutions**, ensuring alignment with client needs and company offerings.
- Provide extensive support to Sales teams by leading the completion of responses to Requests for Proposals **(RFPs)** and Requests for Information **(RFIs**), leveraging technical expertise to craft compelling and competitive proposals.
- Craft compelling and precise proposals **articulating problem statements, solutions, and the transformative impact** of Techolution's AI-driven solutions on client challenges.
- Lead proposal-related projects aimed at enhancing the company's effectiveness in winning new business and retaining clients, emphasizing innovation and differentiation in proposal strategies.
- Oversee all aspects of daily proposal activities, including solutioning sessions, team meetings, writing development, and editing, ensuring adherence to established timelines and quality standards.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including AI, Enterprise Cloud, and Product Innovation, to develop tailored proposal strategies that effectively showcase the unique value proposition of our products and services.
- Manage **proposal budgets to optimize cost-effectiveness** in development and production, ensuring resource allocation aligns with project requirements and business objectives.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance reviews to verify compliance with proposal requirements and customer expectations, refining proposals to maximize competitiveness and client satisfaction.
- Prioritize proposal workloads, establish clear expectations, and drive timely delivery of high-quality proposals, maintaining a proactive approach to meeting deadlines and exceeding client expectations.
- Take **full ownership of the proposal process** from initial planning stages through to final delivery, demonstrating a strong sense of accountability and attention to detail throughout each stage of development.
- Mentor and provide ongoing training to proposal staff, fostering continuous professional development and organizational readiness to adapt to evolving industry trends and client needs.
