Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:

- Lead the development and writing of responses to **RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs** for IT consulting services and federal staffing opportunities.
- Write and manage sections of the **technical solution and management approach**, working with **Project/Program Managers** to gather detailed customer-specific information.
- Prepare and customize **past performance sections** and resumes for key personnel as part of proposal submissions.
- Develop and manage **compliance matrices**, ensuring that all RFP requirements are addressed and met.
- Manage the **color-coded review process** (Pink, Red, Gold) to refine proposals and ensure quality and compliance.
- Coordinate and manage **data calls** with partners, ensuring timely submissions and incorporation of partner inputs into proposals.
- Oversee the production of hard copy proposals and ensure that submissions are compliant and meet deadlines.
- Conduct **market research** to stay updated on federal contracting trends and competitor activities, providing strategic insights for proposal development.
- Participate in **strategy meetings** to clarify proposal requirements, establish priorities, and manage timelines.
- Analyze RFPs to identify risks and opportunities, ensuring the proposal strategy aligns with client needs.
- Prepare **presentation materials**, coordinating text and graphics for high-quality submissions.
- Maintain and update proposal templates to ensure consistency in tone, style, and compliance with industry standards.

Required Qualifications:

- **3-6+ years** of experience in writing and managing proposals, specifically for **federal IT consulting and staffing services**.
- Fluent in **English** (written and conversational) with exceptional communication skills.
- Experience in **sales** and **customer interaction**, with an ability to understand customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
- Ability to work **independently** with mínimal guidance while managing multiple RFPs and deadlines.
- In-depth knowledge of **federal procurement processes**, including FAR and federal compliance guidelines.
- Experience with **compliance matrices**, managing timelines, and facilitating color-coded reviews.
- Proven track record of successful **RFP submissions** in the federal space.
- Proficiency in tools like **Canva**, **Photoshop**, **HubSpot**, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- **Bachelor's degree** in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- **Eager to learn** and perform **market research** to enhance proposal quality and competitive positioning.
